I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to make an exception for this experience. Not only did I receive a generous 15% discount during the Mother’s Day sale, but Dean G also surprised me with a free opal upon arrival—such a thoughtful gesture!

Around the same time, I purchased another opal from a well-known, reputable supplier. I asked if they’d match Dean G’s discount, but they declined—and no freebie either. Their website had all the flashy customer service features, yet the experience didn’t come close.

A beautifully crafted and unusual opal with a lovely depth and play of colours

J'ai fais le test de commander une opale qui me plaisait beaucoup sur votre site.
Je n'étais sûr de rien, ni de la qualité de l'opale, ni de la réception de l'objet, vu la distance entre l'Australie et la France.
Et finalement aujourd'hui, 18 jours après ma commande, le dédouanement, et la distribution par Colissimo, et malgré mon début d'inquiétude, je l'ai sous les yeux.
Et bien je ne regrette rien et suis même très enthousiaste en la regardant, je suis comme un gamin devant son jouet de Noël tant attendu.
Livrée dans un petit écrin vitré sur le dessus pour l'observer sans y toucher, dans un petit pochon en velours noir, enveloppé de papier bulle, le tout dans une enveloppe à bulles.
Donc petit colis très bien emballé qui a traversé la planète sans encombre.
Vraiment très heureux de cet achat...et cerise🍒 sur le gâteau, Dean G a offert une autre petite opale dans la boîte.
Au top je recommande sans réserve, et recommanderais de nouveau lorsqu'une nouveauté sur le site me fera vibrer.
